Evening yoga with Berto, in-person

This open level Hatha yoga class will help you ease into the body with low-impact, stress releasing movements. Spine lengthening stretches with slow, thoughtful transitions and breath-work gradually build flexibility, strength, and calm. A class for all students, including beginners. Adaptations are available so that everyone can feel comfortable in their own bodies.

PLEASE NOTE: DOORS CLOSE AT 7.00pm SHARP, and BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
