A gentle, grounding, Hatha yoga level 1 class with an emphasis on self-care. We work on breath and movement, first with gentle warm ups, adding more challenge with thoughtful sequences, and ending with deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
A lovely, gentle yet active class, centered in traditional yoga poses and principles, designed to connect mind and body, and focus within. The class includes breath work, classic asana sequences, mindful movements, and deep relaxation. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT.

This open level Hatha yoga class will help you ease into the body with low-impact, stress releasing movements. Spine lengthening stretches with slow, thoughtful transitions and breath-work gradually build flexibility, strength, and calm. A class for all students, including beginners. Adaptations are available so that everyone can feel comfortable in their own bodies.

Stretch and Strengthen with Neem
From 10.00 - 11.00am, we stretch and strengthen our bodies with seated and standing yoga-like movements (no mat required), and wind down with breath-work or a short meditation.
Afterwards, you are welcome to stay and chat a while with a little refreshment. It's a fun way to take care of your health and make new friends!
